About

Phi Eta Sigma was founded on March 22, 1923, to encourage and reward high scholastic achievement among first-year students at the University of Illinois. Our first national convention was held at the University of Illinois in 1928. Since then, there have been 48 National Conventions located all across the country, from Salt Lake City, Utah to Charleston, South Carolina. We are excited to welcome everyone to the 49th National Convention in Oklahaoma City in Fall 2025!
